overensstemmelse med lov om beskyttelse af whistleblowere.<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Whistleblowerordningen har til form\u00e5l at give FGU Himmerlands medarbejdere adgang til i fortrolighed at indberette oplysninger om alvorlige forhold p\u00e5 FGU Himmerland uden at skulle frygte ufordelagtig behandling.<\/li>\n<li>Whistleblowerordningen er et supplement til medarbejdernes almindelige mulighed for at g\u00e5 til ledelsen med oplysninger om alvorlige forhold og til medarbejdernes mulighed for at foretage indberetninger til Datatilsynets eksterne whistleblowerordning.<\/li>\n<li>I de tilf\u00e6lde, hvor en medarbejder vurderer, at indberetningen ikke kan im\u00f8deg\u00e5s effektivt internt p\u00e5 FGU Himmerland, eller man af andre grunde foretr\u00e6kker at indberette til Datatilsynets eksterne whistleblowerordning, er der frit valg mellem FGU Himmerlands interne whistleblowerordning og den eksterne whistleblowerordning hos Datatilsynet.
