\u00e5r, som<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>er vurderet ikke-uddannelsesparat,<\/li>\n<li>er uafklaret i forhold til enten job eller uddannelse,<\/li>\n<li>ikke er klar til at varetage et arbejde<\/li>\n<li>eller
